DAISY SHARMA
Daisy Sharma is an Advocate and a registered Patent Agent with background in
Pharmaceutical Sciences. She holds over 10 years of experience in the field of Intellectual
Property Rights, including filing, prosecution, opposition, enforcement and litigation of
patents and allied matters. After completing B. Pharma from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha
University, Delhi, Daisy earned her M. Pharma from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical
University, Uttar Pradesh. Thereafter she earned her Law degree from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar
University.
She was selected and trained under the "Women-Scientist Scholarship Scheme"
WOS-C (KIRAN IPR), TIFAC, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
She deals in patents across all major fields for Indian and overseas clients with a specialized
focus on life sciences, biochemical, medical, medical devices, immunological, herbal and
pharmaceutical inventions.
She has an extensive experience in patent analytics including
Freedom to Operate, infringements analysis and due diligence. She has the honour of being
included in the list of 100 Success Stories from Women Scientists Scheme (WOS-C) 2021 by
TIFAC, DST, GoI.
ADARSH PRATAP SINGH
Adarsh is an Advocate and a registered Patent Agent. He earned his LL.B. from the Faculty of
law, University of Delhi and B.Sc. in Biotechnology / Life sciences from Hansraj College, Delhi
University.
He has Certificate courses from the WIPO, the FICCI as well as the Certificate
Course in Intellectual Property Law & Policy from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Adarsh is experienced in Patent drafting, filing & prosecution in multiple domains including
Biotechnology/ Life sciences, Pharma, Mechanical, Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, Internet
of Things (IoT), etc. As an Associate IP Attorney, Adarsh handles drafting and prosecution of
patent applications, litigation matters pertaining to Biotechnology, Life Sciences and Pharma
sector.
Dr. MAHIMA BISHT
Dr. Mahima Bisht is an Associate in SKS Law Associates. She is a registered Patent Agent with
an illustrious background in Life Sciences and an experience of more than 10 years in research,
teaching and IPR.
She completed her Graduation and Post-Graduation from G.B Pant
University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar and earned Doctorate in Microbiology
from H.N.B Garhwal University, Srinagar, Garhwal.
She has previously worked as Research
Associate in the Institute of Microbial Technology (IMTECH), Chandigarh and Indian
Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi. She also taught Graduate and Post
Graduate students of Biomedical Sciences.
She was selected and trained under the "Women-Scientist Scholarship Scheme" WOS-C
(KIRAN IPR), TIFAC, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. Dr.
Mahima has successfully completed certificate courses of WIPO in IPR, including patent search
and drafting.
Dr. Mahima handles drafting, filing and prosecution of Patent Applications in multiple
domains including Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Mechanical Engineering,
Biomedical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics and related sectors.
MAJOR MEENAKSHI MURLI
Major Meenakshi Murli is an engineer with Masters in structural engineering and is a
registered Patent agent. She earned her B.E. from University Visvesvaraya College of
Engineering, Bangalore University, and joined the elite Indian Army as a commissioned
Officer. During the Army service she acquired experience in Construction management as
Assistant Garrison Engineer (MES) besides performing the regular combat roles in the Corps of
Engineers.
She was selected and trained under the "Women-Scientist Scholarship Scheme"
WOS-C (KIRAN IPR), TIFAC, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
She is proficient in conducting due diligence, patent searches, drafting and prosecution of
Patent applications in the fields of computer related inventions (CRI), electronics, robotics, IoT
based inventions.
VIJENDER KUMAR
Vijender Kumar is an Advocate. He earned his law degree from Rajasthan University and has a
B.A from Maharishi Dayanand University Rohtak, Haryana. With eighteen years of experience
in the IP field Vijender has wide ranging experience of handling trademark as well as patent
matters. He has been assisting and guiding several multinational and domestic clients on
matters pertaining to trademark search (clearance opinions) and registration.
He regularly
appears before the Tribunals such as the Trade Marks Registry for show cause & review
matters.
GEETA SINGH
Geeta Singh earned her Bachelor of Arts from University of Delhi. With over 21 years'
experience as paralegal in IPR, she handles correspondence and matters pertaining to legal
cases with our National and International clients.
She is skilled in conducting various
trademark searches on a variety of databases in order to ascertain availability of the
trademarks; drafting, filing, prosecution and registration of Trademark, Copyright and
Industrial Design applications, preparing and filing various forms independently relating to
Trademark, Copyright and Industrial Design registration.
DEEPTI KHURANA
Deepti Khurana is a Commerce Graduate from the University of Delhi. She also possesses
Diploma in MBA (Finance). She is well experienced in accounting and has years of experience
in auditing. She has worked earlier with the CA firms as an articled assistant mandatory under
the course of the Chartered Accountancy. She is a semi qualified Chartered Accountant. Deepti
is associated with SKS Law Associates for the last 10 years and handles the accounting of the
Firm. She is also handing the administration department of the firm.
AKASH SATSANGI
Akash Satsangi earned his Bachelor's in commerce from the Dayalbagh Educational Institute.
He also has a degree in MBA (Finance & HR). He handles the accounting of the Firm.
